1.1. Provide a high-level overview of the topic Facilities for office space, meetings, worship space, other gatherings (small groups, studies, dinners, etc.), access and parking, and safety. Timing - start out with facitilities in homes - meetings, office space, phone access, internet access, etc. Move on to leased facitilities, e.g. school, empty or under-used church, office warehouse park, YMCA, YWCA, other public facilities Finally, permanent facilities, consider purchase of existing strutuctures, acquire land and build, etc. 1.2. Why is this important to the new church? Makes the church feel 'real' and be conducive to the activities of the church. 1.3. What activities are involved? 1.4. What are the expected results? 1.5. What is the scope of this topic, i.e., what is included and what is not? 1.6. What is the timing for implementing this topic? Considerations: financing, size of congregation, resources available within the congregation, real estate market
